・製造後も冷蔵庫の中でゆっくり熟成し、日が経つにつれて旨味が増していきます！  It will slowly keep fermenting in fridge and Umami will increase as the days go by.

・1カップで2食分相当です。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　One cup is equivalent to two servings.

・タレはついていません。白だしがオススメです。                                                       No sauce included, recommends Shiro-dashi.

・賞味期限は製造日より14日です。　　                                                                             Best before is 14days from production date.
